This role is for non-practicing attorneys, solo practitioners, mediators, arbitrators, negotiators - someone who can pivot, negotiate, push cases forward, overcome obstacles, and turn overpayments into recovered dollars. We're hiring high-value case closers - not processors, not tasktakers. What You'll Do: Recover highdollar overpayments through assertive, persuasive phone outreach. Own each case from first contact to approved repayment. Advance 20+ productive calls/day with real movement, not just activity. Navigate objections & escalations professionally and persistently. Document cleanly using compliant templates and Excel tracking.
