I'm seeking a 3 + Years of Experience Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Charlottesville, Va . It's a plaintiff firm, but the candidate can come from plaintiff or defense side. 3 + Years of Experience Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal (must have) The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters for Personal Injury matters. Trial prep experience. (must have) Prepare documents for filing in federal and state court. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with clients. Assist in the preparation for trials, depositions, and mediations. Attention to detail, analytical, and critical thinking skills. The position is in office 4 days a week and then 1 day from home once probation period is over.
