Litigation Paralegal

Modrall Sperling has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.

Responsibilities

Organize, review and index discovery documentsDraft legal documentsConduct legal researchOrganize and electronically file pleadingsPrepare exhibits for depositions and trialAssist attorneys at trialPreparation of medical summaries/chronologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience2+ years' as Litigation Paralegal or legal assistant is required.Strong computer skills, including experience with Word, PDFs, Outlook, Excel, and calendaring applicationsExperience with electronic discovery applicationsExperience with TrialDirector and IPro software are preferredStrong organizational and case management skills

This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and works well in a team environment.
