Job DescriptionJob Description

FMS is seeking an early to mid-level litigation associate attorney to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Represent employers and insurers before the Division of Workers' Compensation.Represent insurers in medical fee dispute matters before the Division of Workers' Compensation.Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents for litigation matters.Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda to support case strategy.Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances as needed.Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel regarding case developments and strategy.

Qualifications
