As a member of the ICIMS legal team, you will have a direct impact by advising and supporting all areas of the organization as we continue to transform recruiting for our customers. Our team needs another creative problem-solver whos cool under pressure and brings exceptional judgment and creativity to devise practical advice that appropriately weighs our legal and business objectives. Youll help us negotiate complex SaaS agreements and issues relating to artificial intelligence, data privacy, and security matters with name brand, global organizations. This role works closely with our strategic and enterprise sales organization, key stakeholders across our engineering, product, support, professional services, marketing, and talent teams to support their needs and help us develop and implement new products and business initiatives.
To succeed, youll need to be able to expertly identify nuanced legal issues with an eye to our business needs, and devise ways for the business to forge ahead when faced with potential roadblocks.
