Transactional Legal Assistant (Corporate / Entertainment)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (100% onsite)
Compensation: $95,000 - $135,000 base salary (DOE)

A highly regarded, boutique law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a Transactional Legal Assistant to support attorneys on sophisticated corporate and entertainment matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice with consistent deal flow and exposure to complex, high-level transactional work.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys on transactional matters
Draft, format, and revise contracts and legal documents
Manage document organization and maintain electronic and physical files
Assist with preparation of deal materials, closing documents, and correspondence
Coordinate communications with clients, internal teams, and external parties
Manage high-volume calendaring and scheduling
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to support document production and workflow
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a transactional legal assistant in a law firm environment REQUIRED
Experience supporting corporate, entertainment, or real estate transactions strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (including document formatting and redlining), Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with the ability to work with high-level clients and stakeholders
Ability to work onsite full-time in Beverly Hills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $95,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience
