Law Clerk (1L or 2L) Interested in Criminal Defense

I am looking for a Law Clerk that is wanting to be a Criminal Defense Lawyer, that truly knows that's what they want do. I am a solo practitioner and one of the most respected Spanish Speaking Criminal Defense Lawyers in the courthouse. I want you to be reliable and wanting to learn, I need a mentee to help and I want these years in law school to clerk, so that upon Licensure you can hit the ground running and be an asset to me.

Spanish speaking is preferable. You will be expected to obtain your 3L Bar Card and you will be trying Misdemeanors as a 3L. This is not for everyone, but this is an opportunity for the right person but before applying make sure it is something you want. I am tough but fair and I call it like I see it. You will be started at $25/hour and your hours will not exceed the ABA guidelines for law students and upon licensing we will see how you progress and your starting salary will be between $120k - $150k depending on how valuable we believe you are.

Upon licensing I will help you develop your own caseload and work out details that is mutually agreeable, I will be loyal to you and I welcome the opportunity to earn your loyalty as well.
