As Health Senior Products Counsel, you will support the development of Apples innovative health products, collaborating with engineering, marketing, operations, clinical, and regulatory teams to bring cutting-edge products and features to users worldwide.

Description In this role, you will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group, supporting global business partners developing health technologies, products, and features. You will primarily draft and negotiate a variety of agreements to facilitate the design, development, and distribution of Apples health technologies. You will help formulate legal and regulatory strategies and advise on and provide novel solutions to assess and mitigate risks presented by the development of innovative health technologies. You will also collaborate with other legal groups and advise engineering, marketing, operations, clinical, and regulatory teams on legal matters related to health-related features and products, including product development, compliance, marketing, research collaborations and partnerships, and human subjects research.
