Provide legal and case management support for personal injury matters, with primary responsibility for supporting Spanish-speaking clients. Duties include client intake, case file management, medical and insurance coordination, document preparation, and litigation support. Conduct client intake and communicate with clients regarding case status, legal procedures, and documentation requirements. Interpret legal, medical, and insurance documents, including Mexican based forms and supporting documents, as needed for clients. Maintain case files, organize documentation, and ensure records are complete and accurate. Draft legal correspondence, case documents, discovery materials, and settlement documentation under attorney supervision. Track case deadlines, statutes of limitation, hearings, and appointments. Request and review medical records, billing records, wage documentation, and accident reports. Assist with preparation of settlement demands and insurance claim documentation. Communicate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and lienholders. Assist with property damage claims, medical treatment coordination, and lien resolution. Provide litigation support, including organizing exhibits, evidence, discovery materials, and deposition or trial preparation. Assist with court filings and service coordination. Perform administrative case support, including calendar management and settlement documentation processing. Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional and ethical standards
Requirements: Minimum of an Associates degree or foreign equivalent in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Law, or related field plus two (2) years of experience as paralegal, legal assistant, or attorney. Specific Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience preparing legal documents, petitions, and filings.
