We seek a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our group. This position handles matters involving labor and employment-related claims, as well as a wide range of general liability matters, which could include premises liability, product liability, and all types of torts.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
• Active member of the Florida Bar
