Litigation Associate Attorney

A growing, high-performing law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its commercial litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney who is committed to delivering excellent client service, sharpening their litigation skills, and growing within a collaborative, supportive firm.

The Opportunity:

• Handle a wide range of commercial, real estate, and construction litigation matters
• Take ownership of cases while working closely with experienced partners
• Conduct and defend depositions and contribute to trial preparation
• Collaborate with a strong, team-oriented litigation group
• No billable hour requirements

Qualifications:

• 48 years of active litigation experience
• Experience in Colorado state court litigation (commercial, construction, and/or real estate)
• Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and prioritize competing deadlines
• Deposition experience required; trial experience preferred
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Colorado bar license (California license a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset with a no task too small attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $145,000$160,000 , depending on experience
