As a Construction Advocate, you will interact with management companies, HOA’s and homeowners to gain access to backyard easements and assist customers with property damage claims.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with management companies, HOA’s and homeowners to gain access to their property
- Work with customers to file property damage claims
- Manage customer relationships and expectations
- Work professionally and diplomatically with a variety of people within and outside of Kinetic
- Track and report on jobs in various phases within Planning Engineering or Construction
- Work from our offices and job sites when needed
- Always represent Kinetic in a professional manner
- Other activities as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level experience.
