Fully Remote - Workers Compensation Defense Attorney

Fast growing Workers' Compensation Defense firm seeking a Workers Compensation attorney for Los Angeles and Orange County venues. Candidate must require the ability to work with minimal supervision, evaluate and work a caseload, have strong attention to client guidelines and detail with their work product. Applicants should be comfortable working a new case from initial analysis through trial and/or settlement. The firm offers generous compensation packages for the right candidate and the ability for advancement. Teamwork and positive attitude is a MUST!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Trying cases
Taking and defending depositions
Attending WCAB appearances including Status Conferences, Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Lien Conferences, Expedited Hearings, and Trials
Handling investigations
Handling all aspects of discovery
Drafting settlement documents

Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in workers compensation
License: Active member of California State Bar

Salary depends on experience
