Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with HOA and Condo Association law firm experience for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, document-intensive environment and has strong experience supporting litigation, foreclosure, collections, covenant enforcement, and association matters.
This position offers a hybrid schedule with two remote days each week and three days in the office near Avalon Park and UCF. The work environment is professional, team-oriented, and deadline-driven, with leadership that values accuracy, urgency, accountability, and strong client service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a heavy caseload involving HOA, condo association, foreclosure, collections, covenant violation, lien, and general association matters.
- Prepare and process legal documents including notices, complaints, liens, releases of liens, foreclosure notices, collections documents, and related correspondence.
- Support all phases of litigation files from intake through resolution, ensuring deadlines, filings, and document requirements are handled accurately.
- Communicate professionally with HOA and condo board members, homeowners, management companies, attorneys, and internal team members.
- Track case activity, manage referrals and complaints, maintain legal files, and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned matters.
- Work with a sense of urgency while balancing multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-sensitive legal environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Hybrid schedule: Work from home Monday and Friday, in office Tuesday through Thursday.
- Office location: Avalon Park area near UCF in Orlando, FL.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage full-cycle HOA, condo association, foreclosure, collections, and litigation files.
- Prepare notices, complaints, liens, releases of liens, foreclosure notices, and related legal documents.
- Coordinate communication with association boards, homeowners, management companies, attorneys, and internal staff.
- Maintain deadlines, organize case files, and support a high-volume litigation and association law practice.
- Minimum of 5 years of solid litigation experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- HOA and condo association law firm experience strongly required.
- Experience handling full-cycle foreclosure litigation cases may be considered for candidates interested in learning HOA work.
- Strong understanding of litigation file management, legal documentation, deadlines, and court-related processes.
- Ability to manage a very heavy caseload in a demanding, document-intensive environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous approach.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask daily.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, sound judgment, and a team-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and legal support staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of HOA and condo association law experience.
- Prior experience working directly with HOA or condo board members, homeowners, and property management companies.
- Strong background in covenant violations, association foreclosures, collections, liens, and releases of liens.
- Experience in a high-volume Central Florida law firm environment.
