salary: $32 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Policy Development: Assist in drafting and updating privacy notices, internal handbooks, and data-handling guidelines.

  • Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs): Assist with evaluating new projects and vendors to identify and mitigate privacy risks.

  • Data Mapping: Maintain and update records of state regulations to guide and advise inquiries and internal policies.

  • Incident Response Support: Assist in the investigation of potential data privacy incidents or breaches, coordinating with Information Security and Legal to manage notifications and remediation.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure adherence to privacy policies and federal/state privacy regulations.
