FULL OR PART-TIME LAW CLERK - CLASON IMMIGRATION LAW FIRM (FRESNO)

Clason Immigration Firm, whose specialty is family-based immigration, asylum, deportation/removal defense, naturalization/citizenship, and immigration-related appeals, seeks full or part-time law clerks with a passion for immigration law, including asylum law. No experience necessary, and current SJCL students are encouraged to apply. Applicants who obtain the position will have direct client interaction, as well as prepare asylum declarations and motions for removal/deportation defense cases. Other requirements include:

Fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) in the Spanish language

Discipline, organization, and good interpersonal skills.

Proficient in typing, calendar management, and Google Docs.
