Together, we can make a difference. Requirements: Responsibilities: Independently handle a busy personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or verdict. Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials. Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and professional development. Ability to work in Middletown and Glastonbury office locations. Experience: 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. Jury trial experience is a strong plus but not required.
