Plaintiff's Litigation Attorney

TORKLAW is hiring a litigation attorney for high-value plaintiff personal injury cases in California.

This is not a support role. You will be expected to own your caseload, drive litigation strategy, communicate with clients, move cases forward, and deliver results.

• Manage a full litigation caseload from filing through resolution
• Develop case strategy, liability, damages, and settlement value
• Draft and argue motions
• Handle discovery, depositions, experts, and trial preparation
• Negotiate with carriers and defense counsel
• Communicate directly with clients
• First chair civil jury trials

• Attorney licensed and in good standing
• 7+ years plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Real trial experience
• Strong writing, motion practice, and courtroom ability
• Independent operator who does not need hand holding
• High accountability, urgency, and ownership
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• $200,000+ base depending on experience
