IP Litigation Attorney-NYC

A dynamic and leading law firm known for its excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking a motivated and experienced mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) to join its Intellectual Property Group in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex patent litigation matters as part of a nationally and internationally recognized practice. Requirements Manage and support all aspects of patent litigation matters. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, briefs and motions. Participate in discovery, including depositions and expert work. Assist with trial preparation and court appearances. Collaborate with clients, experts and cross-functional legal teams. Qualifications 4-6 years of patent litigation experience at a law firm. Admission to the New York bar required. Ability to waive into the New Jersey bar (preferred/expected). Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Experience with complex technologies a plus. Preferred (Not Required) Fluency in Mandarin, with the ability to read and write Chinese. Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $230,000-$260,000 commensurate with experience.
