The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of litigation experience and the ability to independently handle complex litigation assignments, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive litigation materials, with appropriate partner oversight. We are looking for an attorney who can take ownership of significant work, exercise sound judgment, manage deadlines, and contribute to a highly collaborative team environment. The successful candidate should be comfortable analyzing complex facts and legal issues, preparing written work product, communicating with clients and colleagues, and arguing appropriate matters when needed. Our team values strong writing, practical judgment, responsiveness, and professionalism. This role is well suited for a lawyer who wants meaningful responsibility, sophisticated litigation work, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the Dallas office.
