COMMERCIAL LITIGATION | BUSINESS ATTORNEY Houston Seeking a 3-5 years' ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY with courtroom experience for an AV-rated Defense firm in Houston with Commercial and Business Litigation practice areas. The ideal candidate with experience in contract disputes, arbitration, handling commercial cases in state and federal courts throughout Texas. This role will include a special emphasis on commercial litigation, discovery and motion practice through mediation and trials; requires ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties and Requirements: Drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, briefing, and legal research, attending depositions Ability in conducting mediations, administrative hearings, making court appearances Experience in evidentiary hearings, leading temporary injuction and restraining order hearings, a plus Starting annual base compensation DOE $130K- $160K, solid bonus structure, full suite benefits, 401K.
