Key Responsibilities: Prepare, file, and manage legal documents in both state and federal courts. Maintain and track court deadlines and case-related schedules through efficient calendaring. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including document organization, exhibit preparation, and case research. Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials. Liaise with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed. Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up to date and organized. Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department. Proficiency in state and federal court filing procedures. Strong calendaring and deadline management skills. Experience providing trial support, including preparing trial binders and exhibits. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Paralegal certification or degree preferred.
