Responsibilities: Represent clients in trust, probate, and estate litigation matters Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex matters while also managing cases independently Provide strategic counsel and clear communication to clients throughout the litigation process Qualifications: 2-7+ years of litigation experience with a strong emphasis on trust and estate disputes Additional experience in business, commercial, or real estate litigation is a plus Strong academic credentials and solid litigation skills Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team California Bar admission required Compensation: Salary range: $140,000 - $240,000 Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications How to Apply: Apply online, or send your resume in confidence to ... .
