The Role We are seeking litigation attorneys at various experience levels who want meaningful responsibility, real engagement in their cases, and long-term careers. Attorneys at our firm are not siloed into narrow tasks. Depending on experience, you will work on matters from inception through resolution, with increasing ownership as skills and judgment develop. Senior attorneys are trusted with significant autonomy; junior attorneys are supported, trained, and given real reps. What Youll Do Responsibilities vary by experience and may include:
- Managing or assisting with litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Maintaining direct contact with claims professionals, insureds, and clients c (as appropriate to experience)
- Taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions
- Preparing for and participating in mediations and settlement conferences
- Handling written discovery and motion practice
- Developing and executing case strategy in collaboration with the team
- Preparing cases for trial, including witness and exhibit preparation
- Communicating clearly, promptly, and professionally with all stakeholders
- Is Texas Bar licensed (or awaiting admission) and in good standing
- Takes pride in preparation, professionalism, and credibility
- Wants to build long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues
- Is positive, resilient, and solution-oriented
- Values feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- Active Texas Bar license (or pending admission)
