Mid-Level Tax Associate Attorney

A well established and growing law firm is seeking a Tax Associe with 25 years of experience to join its growing transactional tax practice.

The ideal candide will have strong experience in either renewable energy tax mters or corpore transactional tax work involving prive equity mergers & acquisitions and corpore transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support transactional tax mters across complex business transactions
• Assist with tax structuring and drafting reled to corpore and financing transactions
• Conduct tax research and analysis
• Draft and review transaction-reled tax provisions and documents
• Collabore closely with corpore, finance, and project teams
• Work directly with clients and senior torneys on sophisticed mters

Qualificions

• 25 years of transactional tax experience
• Background in renewable energy tax credits and/or corpore M&A/prive equity tax mters
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizional skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong tention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Licensed or eligible for bar admission in resident ste
