We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution. In this role, you will be expected to: Assist with drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to personal injury cases Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents, evidence, and correspondence Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials Review and analyze medical records and other evidence to assist with case preparation and evaluation Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case strategies The ideal candidate will have: At least 3-5 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal in a personal injury law firm Strong communication, research, and writing skills The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills A strong commitment to client service and achieving positive outcomes for clients Experience with case management software, such as Needles, is a plus A paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies is preferred In return, we offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative work environment where your talents and expertise will be recognized and rewarded.
