Senior Counsel Attorney

Bernstein Shur is seeking a Senior Counsel (10+ years' experience) or a Senior Associate (5+ years' experience) to join its Business Practice Group, to focus on capital markets transactions, including securitization, structured finance, and secured transactions. Our business law team represents a diverse range of market participantsincluding issuers, borrowers, banks, and other market participantsin supporting innovative asset finance and securitization transactions. This position is open to remote work in the United States and the successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred). Requirements Minimum Education JD Certifications Admission in NY, ME and/or NH Minimum Experience Minimum 5+ years of substantive corporate finance transactions experience: including securitization, structured finance, and secured transactions. Direct and applicable law firm experience preferred. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex financing structures.
