What You ll Do:
You ll play a key role in supporting our real estate litigation practice with a focus on title matters and quiet title actions. Responsibilities include:
Identifying and resolving complex title issues
Researching and analyzing delinquent tax office records
Preparing legal pleadings related to quiet title actions
Conducting in-depth public record research
Presenting cases in court related to Quiet Title Actions
Performing legal research and offering practical legal solutions
What We re Looking For:
Licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, or sitting for the SC Bar in 2026/2027
Civil litigation experience preferred
Familiarity with South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
A proactive team player with excellent organizational abilities
Community-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Demonstrated strong work ethic through academic and professional achievements
