Overview We are seeking a part-time Legal Intern at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Garmin's collegial and fast-paced Legal Department with various legal issues impacting Garmin's global business. Essential Functions Provide legal support to Garmin's in-house attorneys Perform legal research Assist attorneys in review of basic contracts and agreements Draft documents for attorney review Basic Qualifications Has been accepted into an accredited law school OR scheduled to complete the first full year of law school prior to summer (will consider 1L's only) Proficiency using Westlaw and Microsoft Office products Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools effectively and responsibly Demonstrated proficient research skills Demonstrated proficient knowledge of contract documents and concepts Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others Excellent time management and follow-up skills Desired Qualifications An undergraduate degree in Engineering or an interest in high-tech products Previous work experience in a corporate environment Garmin International is an equal opportunity employer. Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
