Trial Attorney

This role is ideal for a true litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing cases from inception through trial. Key Responsibilities: Handle a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters Represent clients in court proceedings, including jury trials Draft, review, and argue motions Conduct legal research and produce high-quality written work Develop litigation strategies and manage cases through all phases Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective client outcomes Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of legal experience Demonstrated experience in civil litigation Proven trial experience, including participation in at least 5-6 jury trials Strong legal writing and analytical skills Experience arguing motions in court Background as a former prosecutor (District Attorney's Office), city solicitor, or private sector litigator preferred Prior experience with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office (pre-Larry Krasner administration) is a plus Ideal Candidate: Exceptionally intelligent and detail-oriented A confident and strategic litigator with strong courtroom presence Able to work both independently and collaboratively Committed to delivering high-quality legal representation Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in-office (Philadelphia, PA) 1454872PHL-BS_...
