We are seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of experience in Education Law, Litigation, Labor & Employment, and Public Agency matters to join the team. Roles & Responsibilities
Represent clients in litigation, mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
Advise on education law, employment matters, workplace investigations, ADA accommodations, and governance issues.
Support collective bargaining negotiations and labor relations matters.
Handle student-related legal issues including discipline, conduct hearings, FERPA, and First Amendment matters.
Counsel clients on special education, business operations, facilities, real estate, and compliance matters.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in public agency representation.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Knowledge of education law, labor and employment law, or public agency law is preferred.
