This role is based out of our Peachtree Corners, Georgia office on a hybrid schedule. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Counsel, Building Products to join our team. As the chief legal advisor for our Building Products Executive Leadership team and other members of business unit management, this person will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal guidance on the legal implications of commercial, operational and other business strategies and activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping our company succeed and will have a proven track record of success in a similar role. Senior Counsel Responsibilities & Duties Collaborate with enterprise legal colleagues and partner with Building Products leadership to enable execution of strategic priorities while managing risk and enhancing efficiency to create business impact. Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements. Lead legal support for business-driven initiatives, including pricing strategies, channel optimization, supply chain resiliency, and margin improvement efforts. Provide M&A support, including due diligence, cross-functional collaboration, and post-close alignment. Collaborate with product development and innovation teams on intellectual property matters. Provide practical, actionable guidance to senior leadership, contributing to business reviews, risk assessments, and strategic planning discussions.
