Young Automotive Group is one of the most recognized automotive groups in the Region, operating multi-franchise dealerships across Utah, Idaho, and Montana. We are proud to have earned recognition as a top place to work, and we take that distinction seriously not just as an accolade, but as a reflection of how we treat our people every day.
We are currently seeking an experienced Contract & Litigation Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This is a role for someone who knows their craft and is ready to bring it somewhere that will invest in them in return.
You will work directly alongside our General Counsel, taking ownership of contract review and drafting, legal writing, and active litigation support including trial preparation. We are not looking for someone who needs close direction. We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and grow with us. We are seeking candidates with a paralegal degree or equivalent certification from an accredited program and a minimum of three years of direct experience in contracts and civil litigation. Strong legal writing and research skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a complex workload independently and with precision.
