Litigation Associate

We're hiring!

We are looking for a Litigation Associate (3-5 years) to join our Public Entity Defense practice in San Francisco.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and a genuine path to trial work. Our team represents municipalities, school districts, and other public agencies in complex civil litigation matters.

What you'll do:

• Manage cases from filing through resolution

• Take and defend depositions

• Draft and argue dispositive motions (demurrers, MSJs)

• Work directly with clients

• Participate in trial and case strategy

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience

• Strong writing and motion practice skills

• Interest in developing as a trial attorney

• Active California Bar license

Experience with public entity defense or the Government Tort Claims Act is required.
