Commercial Litigation Law Firm Seeks Paralegal

Fusch & Lyon is a boutique law firm with a collegial atmosphere located in Walnut Creek, just steps away from the Walnut Creek BART station. We represent national and regional clients in commercial banking transactions and litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, and general litigation. In addition, we assist small/new business clients with corporate formation, leases, contract review and contract disputes.

We are seeking a full-time or part time associate with a minimum of 3+ years experience in commercial litigation and transactional documentation. Candidates must be professional and have a strong work ethic. Duties will include drafting legal documents, preparing and responding to discovery, calendar management, conducting legal research, and case file management. Compensation is competitive and depends on experience.
