About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing Texas family law firm, is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their team. This role is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a collaborative environment, has strong litigation experience, and is committed to providing compassionate client support in complex divorce and custody matters.
This position requires someone who can hit the ground running, supporting attorneys in all stages of family law litigation-from initial strategy meetings to post-judgment client care. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with empathy, practical wisdom, and the ability to help families navigate challenging situations effectively.
Responsibilities
Support case strategies by preparing discovery, pleadings, motions, and mediation materials.
Assist in resolving disputes creatively, helping clients reach agreements outside the courtroom when possible.
Maintain client confidence and calm during contested matters while keeping them well-informed.
Embody a professional yet approachable demeanor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of family law litigation experience in Texas.
Strong understanding of contested family law matters.
Client-focused, practical, and empathetic.
