Responsibilities:

- Represent emerging growth companies including start-ups, venture capital funds, and private equity investors in corporate transactions

- Advise clients on venture capital financings

- Counsel founders, executives, boards of directors, and venture capital partners

- Work across a mix of financing and acquisition deals

Qualifications:

- JD class year 2017-2020

- Prior law firm experience at a large firm

- Experience with emerging growth companies and/or venture capital and private equity clients
