We are seeking a highly experienced Partner Attorney specializing in Land Use, Zoning, and Permitting Law to enhance our Connecticut practice based in Greenwich. Location: Greenwich, CT Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 Annually Practice Area: Land Use & Zoning Key Responsibilities: Represent developers and institutional clients in complex permitting matters. Lead and manage representation before municipal boards and commissions. Advise on strategic entitlement plans and solutions. Maintain and develop an established, portable book of business. Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in land use and zoning law. Proven track record of effective client representation and leadership in legal settings. Demonstrated ability to manage high-level projects and guide teams towards successful outcomes.
