In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting attorneys primarily within the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates practices. What You'll Do: Prepare and finalize crucial legal documents, including pleadings and motions. Maintain attorney calendars and manage important court deadlines. Handle electronic filing of documents in both state and federal courts efficiently. Assist with discovery management and provide trial support.
