Our client is a well-established and growing, multi-office, regional, full-service law firm. We foster a collegial work environment and a strong commitment to our clients, each other, and our community. They are seeking a tax attorney to join our robust tax team.
Specifically, we are looking for someone that can:
Provide tax support for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other complex transactions.
Our tax practitioners counsel clients on entity formation, pass-through taxation and multistate tax issues.
We have a sophisticated team that collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
A JD is required
LLM in Taxation is preferred
Must be licensed to practice in West Virginia or Pennsylvania.
A minimum of seven years of relevant experience is preferred.
Must be able to successfully complete all required background screening, including criminal.
