Your Role at Raising Cane's: The Corporate Counsel - Employment Director provides strategic and practical legal counsel on employment-related matters across the organization. This role supports the Senior Employment Corporate Counsel with management of employment litigation, agency matters, audits, and compliance initiatives while partnering closely with internal stakeholders across Crew Relations, Crew Standards, Benefits, and Compensation. The Director plays a key role in mitigating risk, strengthening compliance, and enabling informed employment decisions in a fast-growing environment.
