LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their Healthcare Practice Group.
This position is onsite to start with hybrid flexibility after training.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with preparing and filing documents for general corporate matters, including UCC statements, corporate governance, M&A transactions, and financings
- Reviewing and drafting first-level contracts
- Conducting due diligence for healthcare transactions
- Preparing disclosures and schedules
- Managing corporate records
- Conducting legal research
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recent Corporate Paralegal experience, healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely Organized
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
