Overview
Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of mortgage and real estate related litigation and appeals on behalf of secured lienholders, title companies, lenders, mortgage servicers, and investors.
- Assist in drafting all pleadings, motions, briefs, etc., as required during the course of a lawsuit.
- Attend hearings and court appearances across the State and Federal Courts of Arizona.
- Maintain a large caseload with the ability to multi-task and utilize excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of litigation experience, with prior courtroom experience required.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona.
- Strong advocacy ability and positive presence.
- Ability to work independently.
- Licensed in AZ.
