Mid-Level Litigation Attorney

A well-established litigation firm focused on commercial disputes is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role offers hands-on experience managing cases with increasing independence, within a collaborative environment that emphasizes professional growth and work-life balancewithout billable hour requirements.

• Handle litigation matters from early stages through resolution with appropriate supervision
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Assist with and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and legal considerations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management

• Minimum of 3+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience
• Familiarity with state court procedures, filings, and service requirements
• Some deposition and/or courtroom experience preferred
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and legal terminology
• Solid legal writing and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
