Senior Litigation Attorney

• Manage litigation matters from initial filing through resolution, including strategy development
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Advise clients on legal risks, case developments, and resolution strategies
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient case progression

• Minimum of 3+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience
• Experience with state court procedures, filings, and service requirements
• Trial experience as first or second chair preferred
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and legal terminology
• Proficiency in legal drafting and case management
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
