Legal Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
- Handle general office and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal support experience
- Strong proofreading, grammar, and formatting skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple attorneys and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word
- Familiarity with legal office procedures
- Willingness to work on site 5 days a week
