Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add an experienced Paralegal to their IP Litigation Practice Group.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of IP litigation, including case preparation, filings, and trial support.
• Manage large volumes of documents, including organization, review, and production.
• Coordinate discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests.
• Conduct legal and factual research related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Prepare and file court documents in federal and state courts, including e-filing.
• Support deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit management and witness coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
• 5+ years of Paralegal experience.
• 3+ years of Intellectual Property experience preferred.
• Experience with ITC Section 337 is required.
