A Boutique Law Firm 1 hour ago Ridgefield, CT Not Specified Contract Not Specified 150 / Not Specified Share on Apply now Description: Berger Legal is seeking an experienced attorney to join a virtual legal team focused exclusively on non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), joinders, non-reliance letters (NRLs), and related confidentiality agreements. This is a flexible, remote, part-time position. The successful candidate may be located anywhere and will work as part of a team providing near-continuous coverage for clients requiring prompt turnaround of NDA-related requests. The ideal candidate has substantial experience negotiating NDAs, either in a law firm, in-house legal department, or both, and is comfortable independently reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing a high volume of agreements.
