In this role as a Law Clerk, you responsible for:

Working with torneys and other Division staff on complex mters involving difficult issues of law by conducting research, analyzing legal da, preparing legal memorandums, and assisting in a wide variety of legal support assignments relevant to the specialized functions of the various rulemaking offices.

Exercising professional judgment in examining and evaluing legal standards under the federal and ste laws and rules.

Verifying facts from SEC records and ensures the accuracy of legal citions and th final released documents are in proper form.
