Legal Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to attorneys and office staff
- Welcome clients and visitors, manage calls, mail distribution, and meeting room scheduling
- Coordinate office events, catering, supplies, and vendor communications
- Assist with travel arrangements, meetings, expense reports, and time entry
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Support court filing preparation and ensure documents comply with court procedures
- Maintain organizes shared office spaces, files, and office equipment
- Deliver responsive customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Prior administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and remain composed under pressure
- Strong communication and client service skills
